Lompoc Valley Soap Works is a family owned home based business. We started selling our handmade soaps in 2007. We can be found selling our soap and bath items throughout the year at various markets and fairs in the local area. Our items are also featured in local shops as well as on the internet.

We make our natural soaps by hand with custom recipes you wont find anywhere else. We use more than just a few basic ingredients, we include exotic butters, nurturing oils and diverse additives. With a range including handmade soaps, scrubs, balms,
body butters and more, all are created using the highest quality ingredients.

Our soap is made using the closed, double boiler system, which means that we  gently warm the soap over a low heat source, stirring it periodically until it thickens. The soap is then cooled, the botanicals and fragrance or essential oils are kneaded into the soap and it is pressed into molds and allowed  to mellow for several days. We unmold the soap and hand cut it into bars.  At this point the soap is ready to be used but we go one step further and allow it to air  cure for several weeks. We find this affords us an even harder, milder soap.

Our family tests and uses all of our soaps and moisturizing products on a daily basis. Our soaps gently remove the soil leaving your skin soft and smooth. Once you have tried our soaps, you will never want to use manufactured soap again. 

At Lompoc Valley Soap Works, all of our products are made and shipped from this location, we're a totally on-site, self-contained home business.
